These machines enable:
- Precision mixing of 7 color pastes + base + additives
- Easy switch between cartridge and sausage packaging
- Stable output of 18–20 pcs/min with ±0.5% mixing accuracy
- Siemens PLC + Weintek HMI, with full safety integration
- Smart process sampling, manual/automatic fill modes, and more
Beyond the main units, we also delivered:
- 4 heavy-duty hydraulic presses
- 7 pneumatic press units
- 2 semi-auto filling machines
- 1 sausage filling system All customized to meet safety upgrades suggested by the client during acceptance tests.
