Double-color 5K static mixer

The production line consists of one double-color 5K static mixer and one 3060A sausage (soft tube) packing machine. The double-color static mixer features two independent mixing systems and circulation systems, solving problems related to material waste and quality issues caused by equipment shutdown. The packing machine (equipped with a quantitative system) enables fast switching between two different colors.
Double-color Static Mixer:
--Base material metering system.
--Two groups of pigment metering systems (synchronized with base material extrusion).
--One group of additive metering (servo-electric cylinder module with automatic ratio adjustment and flow monitoring).
--Two independent mixing systems (external water-cooling for mixing tubes, reduces product temp by 10–15°C).
--Two independent circulation systems (automatic circulation when stopped, preventing quality issues).
--One hydraulic system.
--Electrical control system (connected with the packing machine).
Sausage Packing Machine:
--Aluminum film heat-sealing system (tension-fed film forming and sealing).
--Servo carding mechanism (servo motor-driven).
--Two filling nozzles (replaceable inner tubes for easy switching between materials).
--Quantitative system (dual servo metering cylinders).
--Electrical control system.
