The Static Mixing System JTH-X3-600 is a gel-making device that utilizes volumetric measurement to simultaneously extrude and cross-disperse color paste, base materials, and additives to achieve the desired blending effect. The system includes an additive flow monitoring feature, ensuring the additive dosage deviation for each product does not exceed 3‰. It is primarily used in industries such as silicone sealants, polyurethane sealants, and photovoltaic adhesives.
