Each is equipped with a fully automatic sausage pack packing equipment (carton opening, product packing, pallet placement, tip placement, certificate placement, carton sealing, and woven bag bundling as a whole).  After the product is packaged, the conveying mechanism transfers the product to the palletizing station, and the palletizing robot performs sorting and palletizing. The production capacity of the packaging production line is more than 2 tons per hour. The packaging speed is more than 120 boxes.

Robot palletizing equipment configuration

Use the Kawasaki or Yaskawa brand robot system to sort and palletize products. The pallets are sent to the feeding position by a forklift. Two independent pallet feeding systems can deliver pallets to 2-4 palletizing stations. The palletizing robot classifies and palletizes the products on the conveying mechanism. After the palletizing is completed according to the palletizing requirements (customer-defined), the forklift will transport the products to the designated middle-warehouse.
