The static mixer system supplied by Great Machinery is a mature and widely proven solution. It has been adopted by multiple leading domestic manufacturers producing MS polymer and modified sealants, where stable quality and continuous output are essential. The high-power configuration features a composite main base design, enabling flexible integration of multiple base materials, color pastes, and additives. In practical operation, the system functions as a simplified inline color blending solution while maintaining low shear mixing and precise formulation control.

In addition to domestic projects, Great Machinery has continued to expand its international delivery record. Over the past year, two complete 4K static mixer production lines have been successfully exported overseas. These systems were integrated with sausage packaging machines and large bulk material supply systems, supporting efficient production of modified sealants for international customers.

Designed for long-term operation, high-power static mixers ensure stable output under continuous production conditions, with capacities reaching 1.5 L/min to 2 kL/min, effectively protecting overall production efficiency.
