The JTH-XN-T Color Mixing Machine is a sealant color mixing device developed in response to market demand, it is designed to meet the need for versatile color mixng, allowing any color to be accurately blended.

The machine first mixes the pigment paste and base material according to the prescribed ratio. Then, the necessary additives are added according to the formulation. Finally, the sealant is packaged through the sausage-packing system, ensuring uniform mixing

With a high level of automation, stable performance, small footprint, and easy operation, this equipment is an upgraded version of the static mixer, specifically designed to meet the diverse color needs of the market, it can be used in conjunction with both the sausage packing and cartridge production lines.

The base material premixing adopts an 8-axis servo electric cylinder controlled by a Beckhoff embedded PC for synchronized travel, ensuring precise proportioning. The finished product is extruded and mixed synchronously by a hydraulic mixing cylinder and a servo electric cylinder.
